1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Andreas Geißinger, Schumannstr. 9, 81679 Munich, Germany (“Provider”) and customers booking services through the website psytrance-blueprint.com or via individual agreements (e.g., email, WhatsApp, or Zoom).
2. Subject Matter
The Provider offers online programs (“Psytrance Blueprint”) in different versions (e.g., Self-Service or Premium).
All versions include online learning content (videos, digital materials).
Premium versions additionally include live coaching services (group calls, individual feedback).
All instruction takes place online.
Course objective: to teach beginners the basics of music production, help advanced students create release-ready tracks, and support experienced producers in achieving multiple label releases.
3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of services on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order.
A contract is concluded by:
placing an order through the website, or
individual agreement via email, WhatsApp, or Zoom, followed by confirmation by the Provider.
The Provider stores the contract text and provides it to the customer in text form (e.g., via email).
4. Contract Languages
Contract languages are German and English . In case of doubt, the German version prevails.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are end prices and may include applicable VAT depending on customer location.
Payment is made via credit card, PayPal, or other methods offered during checkout.
Services are offered as a subscription with monthly payment .
The Provider may optionally allow advance payment for several months with a discount.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days without giving reasons. Details are set out in the separate Refund Policy .
7. Scope of Services and Access
The course includes structured learning content such as video lessons, templates, and workbooks supporting progress.
For Fastlane participants, the Release Guarantee terms apply in addition, where their requirements are met.
The content is structured into modules. New modules are unlocked monthly if further modules are available. After full release, all content remains accessible.
Participants of the Premium version additionally gain access to:
a closed online community (Discord) ,
a weekly live call (Zoom) for Q&A and discussion,
the opportunity to submit assignments and receive individual video feedback .
The Provider also provides worksheets (e.g., Excel sheets) with tasks and suggested pacing.
After successful completion, a Certificate of Completion is issued.
Additional benefits or promotions advertised by the Provider (e.g., external networks, discounts) are not part of the contractual service scope.
Course access is activated within 48 business hours after contract conclusion.
8. Participation Requirements
Participants should have basic knowledge of using a Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) and general computer skills.
9. Qualification of Coaches
All coaches are active music producers with releases on leading international Psytrance labels.
10. Usage Rights
All course materials (videos, templates, presets, etc.) are protected by copyright.
The Provider grants a simple, non-transferable license for personal use only.
Sharing, publishing, or commercial use is prohibited.
11. Contract Term and Termination
Subscriptions run for an indefinite period with automatic renewal for the agreed cycle (monthly or yearly).
Termination is possible at any time, at the latest three business days before the next payment period begins.
The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.
12. Liability
The Provider is fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence.
For simple negligence, liability is limited to damages arising from injury to life, body, health, or essential contractual obligations.
Any further liability is excluded.
13. Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr .
The Provider is not obliged or willing to participate in dispute settlement procedures before a consumer arbitration board.
14. Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers residing in the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their home country apply.
Place of jurisdiction for merchants is Munich, Germany.
